Lessons from a Pandemic

It has been an unprecedented week to say the least - first time stores have run out of toilet paper, first time for long lines at grocery stores, first time being shuttered at home, first time facing a pandemic. The COVID 19 pandemic has brought the world to its knees.

But this is also our time not to give in to anxiety and stress, to not give in to feelings of hopelessness and frenzy. It's our time to show empathy, have an abundance mindset and remember that this too shall pass.

Panic and hysteria is not going to help anyone.

Let's all do our part in fighting this together, flatten the curve, and take this one day at a time. And on the bright side, who would have thought that we would have got this unexpected and forced time together to bond with our families, spend time having meaningful conversations, and enjoy the warmth of each other's company.
